Every day and night
We meditate on God’s word.
God gladdens our souls.
We love your instruction, Lord.
Let us come near to hear God speak.
Like trees replanted by a stream,
we draw near to God in worship.
Unison Prayer
God, there is nowhere we go that your word is not. It’s as near to us as our own bodies: written in our hearts, fixed in our minds and opening our eyes. Help us in this time of worship to integrate your word into every facet of our lives. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Offertory Prayer
Generous God, your gracious gifts have blessed us and taught us about salvation. Now bless these gifts we bring, that they may further your mission of salvation for many. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
